    At Family Worshp Center, we are a church done differently, a church building people.  Our desire is to see everyone walk in the fullness of Christ.  At Family Worship Center everyone is welcome because there is room for everyone in the body of Christ!

    Family Worship Center is a church plant and division of Family Worship Center in Carrollton, Kentucky.  Their vision is to see forty churches in small towns across the state.   We are proud to be a part of this vision.

    Pastor Gene Dowell has been in the ministry for over thirty years and is a graduate of and ordained through Rhema Bible Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  In the fall of 2006 after pastoring in Los Angeles, California and traveling as an evangelist nationwide, God called Pastor Gene and Betty to Shelbyville, Kentucky.  They quickly fell in love with the community and are blessed to call is "home".
